Laura Hall,
Partner
Laura has worked in Asia, Europe and the US in both retail and wholesale. With expertise in front and back of house in brand activation and operations, she has a wide range of experience thinking inside and outside the traditional retail box. Laura has also worked within multi-cultural frameworks, delivering bottom line results regardless of external and internal business challenges. She left her last corporate role as President of Accessories for Polo Ralph Lauren in 2013 to focus on helping others in the industry grow their businesses.
Dawn Robertson,

Dawn is known to inspire teams to work together to solve complex problems from a fresh perspective and clear communications. With deep strategic and financial planning expertise, she has experience repositioning iconic global brands and identifying new business opportunities to scale including e-commerce startups as well as brick and mortar hot trends. Dawn also specializes in collaborative operational alignment, focusing on helping clients work smarter, faster and more cost-effectively.
Helaine Suval,

Helaine brings a breadth of experience in tactical and strategic execution in leadership roles across retail channels. She was a pioneer in building e-commerce and omnichannel business strategies across the retail arena. Helaine left the corporate world, after building the macys.com business to over $1B, to fuel her passion for helping businesses grow. Her wide-ranging expertise is combined with a laser focus on the customer, which she has used to build, operate and grow businesses from multi-billion dollar global brands to startups.
